Information We Collect
When you apply for access to superGM.ai, we collect your email address and the context of your inquiry. If you are an operator using the superGM.ai platform, we process operational data from your restaurant infrastructure — camera feeds, WiFi network signals, POS transaction data, and loyalty data — solely for the purpose of providing the operational intelligence service.
Website Analytics & Logs
We log standard server access information for visitors to supergm.ai, including IP address, page URL, referrer, user-agent, and timestamp. This information is used to understand site traffic, identify operators who may be interested in our platform, detect abuse, and measure the effectiveness of our content. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Logs are retained for up to 90 days and are not shared with third parties outside of infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
How We Use Information
Email addresses collected through waitlist forms are used solely to contact you regarding your access request. We do not sell, share, or distribute contact information to third parties. Operational data processed through the superGM.ai platform is used exclusively to provide the services described in your operator agreement.
Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted in transit. Operational data processed through the superGM.ai platform is subject to enterprise-grade security controls. Access to operator data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Guest Privacy in Restaurant Deployments
The superGM.ai platform processes behavioral signals and device data within restaurant environments. All such processing is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy regulations, including CCPA where applicable. We do not store personally identifiable biometric data.
